2. Authorization of Payment

By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to the payment method you provide. You also confirm that you are the authorized account holder or have legal authority to use the selected payment method.

  • Authorize tukuls.com (LLC) (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and our payment processor to charge the specified payment method for the "estimated total due" displayed.
  • Represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner or authorized user of the payment method provided.
  • Acknowledge that payments may be processed immediately and may not be cancellable once authorized.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We may accept credit cards, debit cards, ACH/bank transfers, and other methods as shown at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds or available credit. Declined or returned payments may result in additional fees and/or suspension of services.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through a secure third-party provider (e.g., Stripe). Processing fees may apply depending on the chosen payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, ACH bank transfer). The final charge will be the amount shown before you confirm your payment.

4. Refunds & Disputes

All payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in a separate written agreement. Any disputes must be reported to us within 14 days of the payment date.

5. Recurring Payments & AutoPay (If Enabled)

If you enroll in AutoPay or any recurring billing program, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method automatically for amounts due on the schedule disclosed to you. You may cancel AutoPay by following the instructions in your account or contacting us at least 4 business days before the next scheduled charge. You must keep your payment method current; failed charges may incur fees or service interruption.

6. Security and Data Privacy

We use third-party processors that follow industry-standard security measures (e.g., encryption). Your payment information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and payment details.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate payment information.
  • You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds or credit availability.
  • You acknowledge that failed or returned payments may result in additional fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for payment failures caused by inaccurate information, insufficient funds, bank restrictions, or technical issues beyond our control. Our liability is limited to refunding any duplicate or unauthorized charges, subject to applicable laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Venue and jurisdiction for disputes shall lie exclusively in the courts located in Lancaster/Nebraska.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
